Activity:
- Create a table with four headings -- 1) Situation, 2) Emotion, 3) Desired Emotion, 4) Action.
- Select the top 3 stressors you're currently experiencing and place them under the header labelled, "Situation."
- Under the header labelled "Emotion," write the current emotion you are feeling associated with each of the stressors listed.
