Course Description

If stress is getting in the way of your day-to-day life, there are actions you can take to begin to build your resilience.

This mini-course will help you to start taking strides towards learning to cope with stress and finding healthy ways to deal with any stressful situations. We'll explore how stress impacts emotions and how it can show up in the body on a physiological level. Finally, we'll practice two research-validated methods of combating stress in real time.
