Hi, I’m Rebecca!

My passion in life is to help organizations, large and small, cultivate an organizational culture that supports its people. When I see people engage with each other on a human level, create cool stuff, and feel confident in getting stuff done, I know I’ve done my job.

Over the years, I’ve developed Agile Scrum training courses, accountability programs, and self-paced professional development curriculum to inspire organizational change and a work environment you’re excited to go back to come Monday morning.

The idea for The Learning Lab has been swirling around in my brain for years. Why? Because it’s the tool I wish I’d had. I often thought, wouldn’t it be nice to have a curated reference center that answers  the common questions any of us who are trying to get stuff done run into? This is that space.
