The Peopleside Learning Lab is an online portal that rolls out Peopleside content for easy, self-paced consumption. Each month, we continue to create content and add more into the tool. This content is specifically designed to fulfill the ongoing certification requirements for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Our Learning Lab makes ongoing professional development accessible. You can log in from the comfort of your own home, office, or even while on-the-go. Every month we upload a new course into the Lab. Each of these courses includes video lectures, written posts, a resource, and an assignment to help you put what you learned into practice. These courses vary in length but usually take around 3 hours to complete.

I've completed all the mini-courses, will more be added?
Yes! We add new mini-courses each month. Make sure you indicate within your Teachable account that you'd like to opt in for email updates so you're the first to know when we've added new content into the tool!
How do I validate my time spent for professional development hour audit?
If you hold a designation through the Project Management Institute, the Association of Change Management Professionals, or the Society for Human Resources Management, contact us at [email protected] so that we can provide documentation for PDU/PDC completion.
How long do I get access to the content?
You gain access to all membership content as soon as you make your first payment. Membership is good for one year and if you want to maintain access, simply renew. You’ll receive emails from Teachable when your subscription is nearing the end of it’s time frame.
How will I know if an update has been made to a course I’ve already taken?
Occasionally, we add in new videos, downloads, or articles to existing courses. If we’ve made additions, we’ll send out an email to all our members letting you know exactly what change has been made and to what course.

Can I share this content with others?
We consider that by purchasing a membership, you are buying an individual license to access our content.
We are excited that you find value in our materials and want to share them. We ask that you not share your login with others. However, we encourage you to take the knowledge you’ve gained and incorporate it into your actual working life. Print and use the downloads with your team, involve them in the activities we recommend, etc.
