Course Description

A virtual, or remote, team is a group of co-workers who work together using virtual collaboration and communication tools. If you’re not used to collaborating remotely, it can be scary and frustrating. Particularly if you’re a leader who wants to make sure your employees are being heard and given everything they need to do amazing work that provides value. 

Using many years of experience as a guide, this virtual teamwork mini-course explores how to navigate roadblocks to the virtual landscape, what to consider when leading virtual teams, and a virtual collaboration process document to help you establish norms.
